Some of the methods are concrete such as budget and profit-oriented measurements. Some others are more abstract like customer satisfaction and ability to motivate the people under them. The following criteria are some of the ways that he/she will be measured. This list is not meant to be all inclusive. Regular feedback on performance will be given by the Operations Manager, BU Manager and the Chief Operations Officer.

The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of large scale full turnkey customer programs. Responsibilities will include assisting customers in planning and developing program objectives and goals, developing the program critical path, defining program roles and key program milestones, implementation plans, and active management of the entire program and its key deliverables. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for the customer and vendors assigned to the program. Key responsibilities in this role will also include execution of the overall scope of work, status reporting, budget tracking and financial reporting, contract management, achieving incremental program milestones, successful and timely implementation of program deliverables, management of program-specific project managers, and regular communication with team members, vendors, and customer’s upper management team. Overall, this position is high in caliber and plays key role in the full-scale management and critical decisions of multi-million-dollar customer programs. The ability to assume an immediate leadership role is necessary to be successful.   The Program Manager’s focus is on delivering World Class Customer Experience and Quality. They are integral to the account team and is key in building the trusted relationship with the customer. They are an extension of the sales team and carry a farming quota.   The individual reports into the Director for the Datacenter Busisness Unit.

The Planning Engineer is responsible for oversight of low-voltage elements of new construction, rehabs, and additions of the district’s property.  The engineer ensures that industry and CCSD low-voltage standards are adhered to during the project from the initial design phase to hand-off to Network Operations.  Products and communications including collaboration with CCSD Facilities Planning, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and other departments dependent on the low-voltage infrastructure. The engineer reports operationally to the CCSD Planning Lead and administratively to the Vision Program Manager. Complete and accurate stakeholder communications are a large portion of the success of this role.

Under general supervision from the CCSD Program Manager, the HS Service Desk Administrator will manage the operational tasks related to the Mobile Hotspot component of the CCSD home internet connectivity service.  As part of the Distance Learning Initiative hotspots are supported by a collaboration between the Network Services department and the User Support Services (USS) department with face-to-face interactions with the students and staff being done by the dedicated, onsite USS Site Based Technicians (SBT), Principal or site office administrator.  The Hotspot Service Desk Administrator will, during a normal day, communicate via the districts ticketing system, through email and over phone to address hotspot related issues and requests.  The administrator will maintain the in-warehouse inventory, trouble shooting, asset tracking, reporting, occasional hotspot deliveries, vendor interactions and diagnosis of returned equipment.

The Network Engineer I is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and maintaining a network architecture.  The Network Engineer I will also implement, maintain, and support network systems on a day-to-day operational level.
