Supports Vision Technologies by managing business risks associated with growth, primarily concerning all phases of customer and supplier acquisition and contracts administration. Works with Commercial business documents reviewing and negotiating terms, conditions and business risks. Works with Federal, State and Local government business documents – from discrete projects to service work to multi-year contracts for the provision of professional IT services.
A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for overseeing the supply chain for company products from the manufacturing stage through to storage and product orders. Their duties include managing vehicle repairs and Driver needs, monitoring supply chain software to track order shipments and investigating lost shipments or late deliveries. Full-time – Hourly. May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet assigned workload. The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position which sometimes includes lifting objects over 20 pounds. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
This is a professional and technical position responsible for desktop, laptop, printer and video conference installation, set-up, patch installation, software upgrade support, and troubleshooting /diagnosing reported end-user hardware and software problems. Employees in this classification are responsible for planning, evaluating and implementing approved system changes and upgrades and providing tier 2 and 3 support for hardware and software problem resolution.
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) provides leadership and direction to the Vision Technologies, LLC. AV team for technicians, foreman and field supervisors. In this role, you are responsible delivering Vision AV products and services in a professional manner to all customers from preliminary on-site prewiring to device installation, quality assurance and commissioning assistance. Success is measured by on time delivery, meeting or exceeding profit goals, maximizing utilization of resources, 100% Customer Satisfaction, and creating raving fans for Vision. Direct reports include the technicians, foreman and field supervisors, team members who are critical resources in successful completion of major contracts. This role requires maintaining and managing the fleet of work vehicles in collaboration with our central services department. Safety compliance is critical to this role. This position requires an understanding of industry safety procedures and processes. This position works closely with presales, engineering, project management, MSC & Services, finance, contracts, and management. Requires cross-functional team building skills for maximum success, internally and externally with clients, partners, contractors, and suppliers.
The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of large-scale customer programs. Responsibilities will include assisting customers in planning and developing program objectives and goals, developing the program critical path, defining program roles and key program milestones, implementation plans, and active management of the entire program and its key deliverables.
The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for the customer and vendors assigned to the program. Key responsibilities in this role will also include execution of the program objectives, status reporting, budget tracking and financial reporting, contract development and management, successful and timely implementation of program deliverables, process and performances execution oversight of project programs specific projects, and regular communication with team members, vendors, and customer’s upper management team. In order to provide this level of service the program manager will be required to travel to multiple locations for national accounts. This includes critical meetings, site surveys, and design meetings as required.
Overall, this position is high in caliber and plays key role in the full-scale management and critical decisions of multi-million-dollar customer programs. As such this individual must have outstanding presentation and public speaking skills and be comfortable working with, briefing and providing recommendations to C-suite level executives.

The Operations Supervisor position is critically important to the success of Vision Technologies Inc. The Technician will perform proper installation of copper and fiber cabling infrastructures under the supervision of the Lead Technician as per Vision Technologies’ infrastructure installation procedures, EIA/TIA standards, and BICSI standards and requirements.
Work as a team member to perform infrastructure installations. Understand reading floor plans.
Report to Lead Technician any potential problem areas, which may adversely affect performance or quality.

The Systems Engineer will participate and perform in a variety of activities, including defining requirements, assessing servers and storage, and infrastructure sizing, analyzing hardware sizing to meet requirements and designing load balancing and clustering solutions according to architecture standards. The Systems Engineer is responsible for hands on solution development, validation, and technical integration efforts. The candidate will work with other resources and delivery teams to build component or major solutions of various sizes and complexities.
Must have strong team skills and a customer-support background handling complex hardware and software systems. The Planning Engineer is responsible for oversight of low-voltage elements of new construction, rehabs, and additions of the district’s property. The engineer ensures that industry and CCSD low-voltage standards are adhered to during the project from the initial design phase to hand-off to Network Operations. Products and communications including collaboration with CCSD Facilities Planning, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and other departments dependent on the low-voltage infrastructure. The engineer reports operationally to the CCSD Planning Lead and administratively to the Vision Program Manager. Complete and accurate stakeholder communications are a large portion of the success of this role.

Vision Technologies is looking for Audio Visual Installation Technician to join our team. The preferred candidate will possess 1-2 years audiovisual installation experience and will have excellent customer service skills. Experience with audiovisual system setup and troubleshooting is preferred. The preferred candidate will be familiar with Crestron/AMX control systems as well as Polycom VTC platforms. Manufacturer training such as Extron, Crestron, Biamp, Polycom, Cisco, or is a plus.
Under general supervision from the CCSD Program Manager, the HS Service Desk Administrator will manage the operational tasks related to the Mobile Hotspot component of the CCSD home internet connectivity service. As part of the Distance Learning Initiative hotspots are supported by a collaboration between the Network Services department and the User Support Services (USS) department with face-to-face interactions with the students and staff being done by the dedicated, onsite USS Site Based Technicians (SBT), Principal or site office administrator. The Hotspot Service Desk Administrator will, during a normal day, communicate via the districts ticketing system, through email and over phone to address hotspot related issues and requests. The administrator will maintain the in-warehouse inventory, trouble shooting, asset tracking, reporting, occasional hotspot deliveries, vendor interactions and diagnosis of returned equipment.
