Overview

We’re hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep experience to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. You’ll proactively partner with Warehouse, Sales, Invoicing, Project Management, and Procurement teams to optimize processes, configure systems, lead requirements and testing, and drive adoption through training and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Be a proactive partner across business stakeholders - keep an “ear to the ground”
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements (BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for enhancements and projects across multiple systems.
  • Map current to future processes; recommend standard-first designs and minimal customizations.
  • Configure systems to support Warehouse, Sales, Invoicing, Project Management, and Procurement flows (master data, parameters, sessions, print profiles, approvals).
  • Build reporting specs; validate outputs against business rules and financial controls.
  • Collaborate on backlog grooming, sprint readiness, and UAT: create test cases, coordinate execution, track defects, and sign-off while communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with developers/administrators on solution design; ensure changes follow SDLC, change control, and segregation of duties.
  • Create end-user training, SOPs, quick-reference guides; deliver workshops and hypercare support.
  • Analyze production issues (root cause, impact, severity), propose fixes/workarounds, and prevent recurrences through process or configuration updates.
  • Maintain clean documentation: process maps, data flows, configuration registers, and decision logs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years working as a business analyst, functional consultant, or super-user capacity.
  • Hands-on LN configuration and strong functional knowledge across:
    • Warehouse: receiving, putaway, picking, inventory control, cycle counts.
    • Sales: order entry, pricing, ATP/CTP, shipment processing.
    • Invoicing: billing workflows, tax handling, financial posting.
    • Procurement: requisitions, POs, vendor master, approvals.
  • Experience writing clear requirements, process flows and test cases
  • Comfortable with Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong data skills: ability to query/validate with SQL or equivalent tools; comfort reconciling data across modules.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infor LN/Factory Track, Hubspot, and Pigment
  • Experience with reporting tools and basic understanding of integrations/EDI.
  • Prior work with service desks, Jira/Azure DevOps, and release/change management.
