Overview

This position is multifaceted and requires and individual who has a high attention to detail and is adaptable to an ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and is organized. This person has excellent time management ability, problem solving/critical thinking skills, and has excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Support:
o Assist with and execute site development projects with the Data Center Operations Manager
o Handle all onboarding for various Data Center Accounts
 Includes background checks, drug screening, and other items required for account specific onboarding.
o Manage and process all sub-contractor invoicing
o Manages all traveling and coordination require for all field team members. This includes any long-term travel.
o Assist with internal coordination for acquiring shirts, safety vests, hard hats, glasses, gloves, and any other items required for the field teammates.
o Assist with and coordinate site tours and visits where applicable
o Other duties as required by Operations Manager
o Assist with set-up, moves, and configuration changes & providing miscellaneous supplies as needed
o Maintain onsite contact lists
o Responsible for coordinating all employee events on and/or offsite
o Assist with and schedule onsite professional training classes
o Track local event budgets in conjunction with Marketing team.
o Procurement:
o Work directly with corporate Procurement Operations to on board and order from various vendors used at the Data Center or new employees

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project manager/office manager experience preferred
• Event planning experience preferred
• Budget management experience preferred
• Planning, organizing and time management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Proven communication skills
• Experience in team building
• Experience handling confidential information
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Experience working independently as well as partnering with others
• High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Reconcile charges from various expense accounts
