Overview

As a channel development intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support partner engagement strategies, analyze channel performance metrics, and contribute to the expansion and optimization of our partner programs. This role is ideal for students interested in business administration, marketing, sales operations, or related fields.

 

Throughout the internship, you will assist in refining partner communication processes, identifying growth opportunities within the channel ecosystem, and enhancing operational efficiencies. You’ll also be part of a collaborative intern cohort across different business functions, fostering a dynamic environment for learning, networking, and professional development.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: June 9th – August 29th (Flexible based on academic calendar)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible)

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will…

Partner Engagement & Analysis:

  • Assist in researching and identifying current and future channel partners.
  • Support the evaluation of partner performance and engagement metrics.
  • Gather insights from partner interactions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Organize and maintain channel partner data in a centralized repository.
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and partner success metrics.
  • Support the development of reports and presentations to assess channel effectiveness.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support channel initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to managers and stakeholders.

Additional Support:

  • Assist with administrative or operational tasks related to channel development as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on channel growth.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • A desire to learn about business strategy, relationship management, and market analysis
