Overview

Vision Technologies is a full-service IT/IP integrations company for commercial enterprise and federal clients. Solutions include: Design, installation, and support services of network infrastructure (fiber/copper cabling), audio visual systems, electronic security, wireless and professional/managed services.

 

We are looking for a sales executive with extensive experience selling integrated technology solutions including Structured Cabling, Audio-Visual, Access Control, IP Camera Systems, DAS, and Wi-Fi solutions. The sales executive will partner with a vertical leader to develop and maintain strategic alliances with partners, vendors, and outsourced resources. 

Responsibilities

  • Increase market share by selling a broad range of Vision Technologies and other OEM-integrated technology products and services to new and existing federal customers.
  • Support the business vertical to ensure budgeted revenues are met
  • Represent all Vision IP/IT solutions in all customer interactions/presentations
  • Creation of a business plan and strategy to target and secure new customers
  • Creation of account plans and participation in account strategy meetings for existing customers
  • Manage handoff and kickoff meetings with the internal delivery team
  • Partner with OEM’s to collect market research on upcoming technology trends expected to impact the Federal industry and maintain and understanding of existing and prospective account base needs and gaps.

Qualifications

  • Experience presenting and selling one of the following: Access Control, IP, CCTV solutions, Structured Cabling, Audio-Visual, Wi-Fi, DAS, IT Managed Services or other building automation solutions in the Federal and SLED markets.
  • Technical acumen in wireless solutions, encompassing DAS (indoor/outdoor), small cells, public safety, private networks, and RF technology.
  • Experience with multiple OEMs; knowledge of JMA, Corning, SOLiD, ADRF, CommScope, and Nextivity DAS platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of RF principles, wireless communication technologies, and DAS components (e.g., antennas, repeaters, cabling, etc.).
  • Ability to generate meetings with C-Level decision-makers
  • Proven track record of exceeding assigned quota and creating new customers
  • Ability to deliver year over year growth in number of customers and annual revenues
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Education Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent relevant past-experience

Additional Notes:

  • ·Must be a “Hunter” with the ability to generate new customers/Logos

Base Salary Range- $100,000- $125,000.

 

Please note that this job posting includes base salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region where the requisition is posted.  If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, internal equity, and education of the applicant.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses, commissions, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.
