Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and report variances.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in compliance with accounting principles.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Support external audits and tax filings.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle or other similar experience) required.
  • Experience with finance transformation and accounting automation solutions preferred.
  • Experience in construction or technology industries with exposure to project accounting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

 

Base Salary: $110,000-$150,000.

 

Please note that this job posting includes base salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region where the requisition is posted.  If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, internal equity, and education of the applicant.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.
